Couples Counseling

Couples counseling is an intentional time and space to focus on your relationship, and build emotional intimacy with your partner with guidance from a trained professional. Often times we think couples counseling is the “last resort,” but really couples counseling can be proactive in nature. The couple’s counselor’s first priority is for both of you to feel emotional safety in working together. 

Couples therapy provides a service that helps couples process and repair unresolved wounds, infidelity, conflict, breaches of trust, resentments, and/or miscommunications. You will also learn skills in communication and repair. Your couples therapist will help you and your partner interrupt unhelpful relational patterns, and rebuild your connection, closeness, trust, and responsiveness with one another.
