At Mindful Beginnings of Lake Norman we offer therapy services to the greater Lake Norman area, including Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson, and Mooresville. We believe compassion and authentic connection give each of us the strength to heal. Our therapists create a warm and welcoming environment and provide counseling to individuals, couples, teens, children, and families. We offer a unique approach as a Counseling and Play Therapy Collaborative. As a Collaborative, we are a group of independent providers sharing office space and supporting you through connection . We provide compassionate care to help you and your family find hope.

We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we work from a strength-based and client-centered approach that focuses on strengthening members of the whole family (individuals, teens, couples, and families) and helping our clients create deep connections within themselves and with others.
