Bailee Ford is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She specializes in working with children ages 3-12 and their families, and was trained in Play Therapy while completing her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UNC Charlotte. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, family conflict, attention and behavior issues, and childhood trauma.
Bailee's work is based in the tenets of Child Centered Play Therapy, with the addition of mindfulness and expressive arts techniques. She believes that children have a natural and innate tendency toward growth and maturity, and view counseling as a healing process that involves both the child and their family.
