Bailee Ford is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She primarily works with children and teens ages 3-18 and their families. She specializes in working with neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ individuals and addressing anxiety, depression, family conflict, and behavioral issues.

As a play therapist, Bailee's work is based in the tenets of Child Centered Play Therapy, with the addition of mindfulness and expressive arts techniques. She believes that children have a natural and innate tendency toward growth and maturity, and views counseling as a healing process that involves both the child and their family.

With adolescent clients, Bailee focuses on a blend of psychoeducation and coping skills while providing a judgement-free space for processing and allowing the client to learn more about themselves.
