Meagan and Sarah Beth have over 11 years of combined experience helping individuals navigate a myraid of mental health and emotional issues including: anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, self esteem and anger.
Sarah Beth Maier is a trained Play Therapist and specializes in working with children ages 3-12. She also works consistently with caregivers on supportive parenting techniques catered to each child to promote lasting growth and positive change.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Meagan McCabe is skilled in helping couples successfully overcome obstacles in their relationship such as communication difficulties, infidelity and lack of intimacy.
Teen years can be tough! Meagan and Sarah Beth both work alongside adolescents in buidling self esteem, mastering appropriate coping skills, managing emotions and engaging in effective communication.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Meagan has attended the Level 1 and Level 2 Training for EMDR and uses it in sessions under the supervision of an EMDRIA approved supervisor. EMDR can be used to treat issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression and/or negative cognitions.
Sarah Beth works frequently with caregivers in mastering effective parenting skills catered towards their child and ways of best supporting them throughout the treatment process.
Therapeutic Yoga & Mindfulness
Meagan has completed her RYT-200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and often uses yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and meditation in her individual sessions and with groups.
